Cancellation policy– 2022-2023

Residents who have decided, for any reason whatsoever, to cancel their contract to the Reichman University dormitories, the following cancellation rules shall apply to them as follows:

  1. A request to cancel a resident's contract must be submitted to the dormitory coordinators in writing.
  2. The $75 registration fee is non-refundable.
  3.  The following table lists cancellation fees according to the date of request of cancellation submitted in writing by the student.
  4. The following cancellation fees are effective from the day of signing the contract (and not from the starting date of the contract).

A resident who has renewed the contract and would like to cancel, will be required to pay the cancellation fee in the sum of $880  from the date of signing the contract Up to July 1st
 After this date, the ordinary rules detailed above (and which are detailed on the contract) will apply to them.
