It is the duty of every tenant to report to the dormitories' staff of any malfunction, wear or deficiency he encounters upon entering the new apartment and throughout the period of his residence. Tenants failing to do so will be charged for the damage/deficiency. In addition, the tenants will be charged for damages caused intentionally, due to failure to comply with the instructions or due to negligence.
The tenant shall not attempt to repair by himself any malfunction, defect or fracture and/ or complete any deficiency as specified above. The dormitory staff will carry out the repairs exclusively by themselves.
Upon the tenant's absorption at the dormitories, he will sign an absorption form detailing the list of equipment and furniture in the apartment, as well as the declaration re receiving the apartment as required and with the signature of the dormitory instructor or the Student Dormitories Administration approving his absorption.
Upon the tenant's departure, he will sign an apartment-delivery form and the apartment will be inspected by the instructor or the Student Dormitories Administration in the presence of the student, who will approve by his signature the delivery of the apartment.
